- List of documents related to bilateral and multilateral relations /original documents are available in the reading room/;
- List of electronic copies and records of documents in Mongolian scripts;
- Bilateral and multilateral treaties and agreements;
- Photographs and albums with tags and explanations, speeches and interviews, press releases, video and voice recordings;
- Brief information about the book stored in the archives"

| Fee |
A service fee is charged in accordance with the order of the General Director of the Central Archives of March 12, 2021 A/24.

| Things to consider |
To avoid database problems, please pay attention to the following:
- Close additional windows, when opening an electronic document;
- Downloading of large sized documents may take longer time, therefore please refrain from clicking the download button over and over;
- Refrain from placing an order in the basket if a copy of the document is not neccessary;
- Please exit the webpage by pressing the "exit" button, in case of no longer use of the database;
- Documents printed on a personal printer from the online archives can not be certified;
- If the information you are looking for is not displayed, check again which section you are in;
- Perform a new search after exiting the old search results;
- Not all information stored in the funds is available online, please contact the archivist for further inquiries; Read carefully the "help" information for each section.
